Money demand
An intensive campaign of civil resistance motivated by social inequalities, unemployment and corruption led to the long time president Ben Ali's oust in January 2011. Unfortunately, the situation has barely improved since.
Education, disinvested
In past decades, the government invested less and less in education, especially outside the major big cities leading to a marginalisation of a certain category of the population
Poor living conditions
Disregarding the agrarian, arid central and southern areas as well as suburbs has continued unabated for years due to state neglect and weak entrepreneurship by industrial and commercial elites
Art and Culture, missing
The country has neglected this aspect of the Tunisian life and never dedicated enough resources to promote it, which led to lack of programs, investments and sponsorships for the art, for artists and initiatives supporting culture and heritage
Every contribution helps us empower more Tunisians through education, culture, and community programs. Together, we can build a brighter and more equitable future.
